Today, July 3, 2022, Wanda and I held our first RV Sunday service at the pavilion at the Branson Lakeside RV Park. We were thankful and thrilled with the response from the those who attended.
This is a new season of ministry for us after over fifty years of serving as pastors. Several years ago the Lord put into our hearts the burden and vision of becoming Chaplains in National, State, and RV Parks across America and it is turning into reality.
I played my guitar and led in several short songs, led in prayer and gave a brief sermon which all of it took less than thirty minutes. It was outside and hot and people had other places to go so I didn’t tarry, as we say.
There are so many things in our hearts which God has put there. We love praying with people and we’ve prayed with people from Nebraska, Oklahoma and other parts of Missouri. It has been amazing to see how God has been working.
Please keep us in your prayers for direction as we go across America to share His love.
My sermon had two points this morning:
- Receive God’s love.
- Share God’s love.
There is no doubt that the world needs more love. We hope to take His love to others.
